The new Port Mann bridge is going to be a real boon to the city. Of course, it's not without a cost: construction is going to take forever, and in the meantime traffic is even more wrangled. I do salute the folks building, as they seem to have done everything humanly possible to minimize disruption.
I also feel that the Liberals have the right idea by promoting massive infrastructure projects. WAC Bennet, and Bill Bennet, followed this method to pull the province out of recession. As a result we also have wonderful heritage elements which are crucial to the way BC is working now.
